I provide evidenced-based couple therapy for those experiencing a wide range of issues, including: communication, intimacy, conflict, arguing, trust, and more. My therapeutic orientation is integrative, humanistic, and acceptance-based. Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy is the orientation of couple therapy I practice.
I also have considerable experience working individually with adults struggling with relationships, stress, anxiety, mood, and trauma. I aim to help individuals connect to their values, engage mindfully, and learn to better relate to emotions, thoughts, and memories.
Web-Based Relationship Program
I also partner with an online program – OurRelationship.com – which can be completed in conjunction with in person services. This program is well-researched, and has demonstrated the ability to improve relationship functioning as well as areas of mental health. It is available for both couples or individuals, and can shorten the amount of time needed in therapy.
